HAIL TO THE KING BABY
The king is dead. Long live the king. Having headed the Dreamteam's point scoring charts for most of the season, seeing off the challenge of the Young Pretender Marcus Stewart in the process, Lord Edward of Sheringham has finally been toppled. Not by one but by three other players.
With twenty bonus points at stake, the point scoring chart is now led by Thierry Henry, Emile Heskey and, surprisingly, Liverpool defender Sami Hyppia. All three have between 174-175 points while Teddy has remained on 171 points for the past month or so. In fact, it has been a very bad couple of months for many of Manchester United's star players and it is worth mentioning that since the transfer deadline David Beckham has only managed to score a paltry four points. This could explain why Karen's lead is being slowly reduced week-by-week but she still has once ace up her sleeve - Duck Utd also have Thierry Henry in their starting line-up…

Top scorers this week are once again the two in-form teams of the moment, Billy's Boots and Crazyhorse FC, who scored 47 and 45 points respectively. Billy's Boots' score was built on their Cup heroics, which saw them progress through to the Semi-Finals at the expense of Duck Utd - probably the Cup Shock of the competition, while Crazyhorse FC have Alan Smith to thank for their hefty total. In fact, Alan Smith scored more points in one game for the Horses than Steffan Iversen managed in an entire season. And long may it continue! In a somewhat low scoring week (thanks largely to the fact that so many Premiership teams have been knocked out the FA Cup already this season), both teams moved up the table two places.
It's all change at the top too, with Luke Perry All-Stars moving into second spot at the expense of St. Reatham FC while Supersonic FC also moved up one place and into the money. Elsewhere, Athletico Salford dropped two places but they won't mind too much as that puts them 15th…
At the bottom, both the Soft Centres and the Villa Rejects scored lowly. However, Dave will have to come to terms with the fact that Mark Draper managed to score his first goal for Southampton at the weekend. Lowest scorers of the week were Lion of Vienna Sleeps Tonight, who failed to wake from their slumber and managed just one point between them.
That's it for this week - if only because I can't think of anything to say. If anyone wants to see the back of a Scottish fiver, let me know.
Here's the table.
